Have a strong ANTI-CHEAT POLICY. You can see this from the fact we stream all our SERVERS to the three main  ANTI-CHEAT organisations working in the gaming community.

If you play on our SERVERS and there is any suspicion that you are using any form of macro or other enhancement you will be banned. If you appeal the ban (via our web site forums) then the ADMINS will identify and check your Screen Shots and the relevant Battle Recorder Files. If everything is found to be OK you will be reinstated.

If any evidence is found to be inconsistent or directly attributable to cheating then the evidence will be forwarded to all three ANTI-CHEAT organisations for further review and action.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE OUR DISCRETION TO KEEP OUR SERVERS CHEAT FREE. WE HOPE YOU WILL ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES IF YOU ARE TEMPORARILY BANNED INCORRECTLY AND APPRECIATE OUR EFFORTS TO ELIMINATE CHEATING.
